In my professional realm, I navigate the world as a dedicated product manager. Beyond those hours, I channel my energy as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, driven by a profound passion for guiding others towards their potential.
My journey into coaching began when, after my initial year in the workforce, I undertook the CliftonStrengths assessment. This invaluable tool not only articulated my inherent talents but also granted me a deeper understanding of my thought processes, emotions, and behaviors. This self-awareness provided me with a clearer sense of purpose and identity, fueling my desire to share these insights, especially with young professionals.
Residing in South Korea for two years, I delved into the fundamentals of coaching conversations, solidifying my fascination with coaching as a vocation. In September 2022, I embarked on my official coaching journey, undergoing rigorous training from ICF MCC (1 of 7 in S. Korea), encompassing 150 hours of comprehensive study and over 124 hours of impactful coaching, with more to come.
By April 2023, I successfully completed the Gallup Global Certified Coach Course, amplifying my coaching prowess. My ultimate mission?
